Course in My Fascial Training. (DMSA)

📌Corso :
Dear members, colleagues, we invite all those who wish to know more on the topic “My Fascial Training” to the new and innovative DMSA Academy course.

📌Presentation:
The course will take place from the brand new "Course Area 4.0" of the Bernstein center, in online mode, and has the main objective of showing the teaching process – interpretation - learning of the 6 basic training techniques of the myofascial chains, such as proprioception and interoception of controlled and fast movement, ideomotor reflex and body adjustment during stretching sequences, and self-release and self-massage using the roller.

📌Mode:
The online meetings will be held to develop the theoretical part, while we will carry out the practical part at home with weekly follow-up, via WhatsApp group and media material (video).

📌Recipients:
We invite both students and graduates in exercise sciences but also professionals linked to health and the world of sport interested in the beautiful world of the myofascial system to participate.

📌Location :
The location of the “online course room” is CENTRO BERNSTEIN VERONA – VIA LUNGADIGE ATTIRAGLIO 34, VR – but the methods are exclusively remote.
